Is a health check the same as a quote?

No. A health check is a review of your current position — it does not commit you to anything. A quote is a formal offer from a supplier. A health check may lead to quotes if we identify that switching or renegotiating would benefit you, but that is a separate step.

How often should I get a health check?

We recommend reviewing your energy position at least once a year, and always 3–6 months before your contract end date. If your business has grown significantly or your usage has changed, an earlier review may be worthwhile.

Do I need to sign anything to get a health check?

No. A health check does not require a Letter of Authority or any formal agreement. If we identify opportunities and you want us to act on your behalf — for example, to request quotes from suppliers — we would ask you to sign a Letter of Authority at that stage.
